Subtleza (Subtle Bayonetta Theme)

Subtle Bayonetta theme with custom icons. The only layouts used are "Two Row Layout (Compact) by xFlesk", "Left All Apps Rounded by Akai" and "Rainbow in the Dark - Lock by Bonzai". The home layout doesn't really have the User Page option, but the theme is there.
