These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Themezer platform. By creating an account on Themezer, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

These Terms cover account use, content ownership, conduct, copyright compliance, privacy, and other rules designed to keep Themezer safe and functional for all users. They form a legal agreement between you and Themezer.

Ownership

The uploader retains ownership of files uploaded to Themezer. Files will reside on Themezer's servers, under care of the user, and remain the uploader's responsibility.

Content License

By uploading content to Themezer, you grant Themezer a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of operating the service. You retain full ownership of your work.

Copyright

Content uploaded to Themezer must respect copyright. If you believe content on Themezer infringes copyright and you are the copyright holder or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf, contact one of our moderators via our Discord server.

Copyright Takedown Procedure

If you believe content on Themezer infringes your copyright, submit a detailed takedown request to our moderators through our Discord server. Include your contact information, proof of ownership, and the exact location of the infringing material. Verified claims will result in prompt removal of the content.

User Conduct

Users must use Themezer responsibly. Do not impersonate others, upload malicious files, share misleading content, or engage in phishing or fraudulent activity. Any violation may result in removal of content or account termination.

Hateful Content

Themezer strictly prohibits any content that promotes, incites, or condones hatred, discrimination, or violence against individuals or groups based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other protected characteristic. Uploading or distributing such content will result in immediate removal and possible account termination.

18+ (NSFW)

18+ (NSFW) content is allowed, unless your region has restrictions on this type of content (Themezer will show a warning after this paragraph if this is the case). 18+ submissions must use the 18+ checkbox provided. Everything meant to invoke sexual arousal is considered 18+. Real and animated nudity is allowed. No depictions of under 18's (real or animated). This includes 'Lolita' content where the character is visibly under the age of 18 no matter how old you state they are, as well as characters that are known to be under the age of 18. 18+ content can only be accessed when logged in.

Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, spam, or cause harm in any other way will result in immediate termination of your account. Bugs and other issues should be reported via our Discord server or GitHub repository.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Themezer is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Themezer is not liable for any loss, damage, or data corruption resulting from the use of the service. Users assume full responsibility for their content and actions on the platform.

Third-Party Links

Themezer may contain links to third-party websites or integrations. Themezer is not responsible for the content, security, or privacy practices of those external sites. Access them at your own risk.

Modification of Terms

Themezer may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction where Themezer operates. Any disputes arising from or relating to the service will be handled in that jurisdiction’s competent courts.

Use of Themezer is also subject to our Privacy Policy , which explains how data is collected, stored, and processed. Please review the Privacy Policy for more information.

Account Termination

Themezer reserves every right to terminate a user's account if found necessary, even without an explanation.
