What dimensions should my images be?

The sizes called out in the history were:

• Normal top screen: 412 x 240 inside a 512 x 256 canvas.
• Normal bottom screen: 320 x 240 inside a 512 x 256 canvas.
• Scrolling top screen: 1008 x 240 inside a 1024 x 256 canvas.
• Scrolling bottom screen: 1008 x 240 inside a 1024 x 256 canvas.
• Flipbook bottom screen: 960 x 240 inside a 1024 x 256 canvas.
• File large: 36 x 72 inside 64 x 128.
• File small: 25 x 50 inside 32 x 64.
• Folder closed: 74 x 64 inside 64 x 128.
• Folder open: 82 x 64 inside 64 x 128.
