Community Guidelines
Themezer is a moderated platform for fan-made customization content. These guidelines supplement the Terms of Service by explaining the everyday upload, comment, and account standards we enforce.
TL;DR
- Only upload content you have permission to share and license to Themezer.
- Use honest titles, screenshots, tags, descriptions, and adult-content labels.
- Label restricted adult content correctly; unlawful, exploitative, or misleading adult content may be removed.
- No sexual content involving minors or minor-coded characters.
- No malware, phishing, hate, harassment, threats, impersonation, or unlawful material.
- Keep comments respectful, relevant, and free of harassment, spam, baiting, and personal attacks.
- Moderators may relabel, unlist, restrict, remove content, or take account action when needed.
Share only what you have the right to share
Do not upload content you do not have permission to publish. Fan-made content is welcome, but uploaders remain responsible for third-party-rights issues, accurate attribution, and having the rights needed to grant Themezer the service license described in the Terms.
Present uploads honestly
Titles, descriptions, screenshots, tags, and adult-content labels must match what is being shared. Misleading metadata, deceptive previews, and attempts to bypass moderation are not allowed. Themezer may use automatic checks, including NSFW detection, alongside manual review, but uploaders remain responsible for correct labels.
Restricted adult content
Restricted adult content must be labeled correctly and presented honestly. Restricted adult content that is misleadingly labeled, exploitative, unlawful, or otherwise unsuitable for Themezer may be relabeled, restricted, or removed.
Zero-tolerance content
Themezer prohibits sexual content involving minors, characters known to be minors, or characters clearly depicted as minors. For fictional, stylized, or altered characters, Themezer may consider source material, visual depiction, context, and other signals; sexual content involving minor-coded or ambiguous characters may be restricted or removed. Malware, phishing, hateful content, harassment, threats, impersonation, unlawful material, and exploitative sexual content are also not allowed.
Comment respectfully
Comments should stay respectful and relevant to the content being discussed. Harassment, slurs, spam, repeated baiting, and personal attacks are not allowed. Profanity may be automatically censored, and comments that still violate the rules may be removed or lead to account action.
How moderation works
Themezer reviews uploads and account behavior against these guidelines and the Terms of Service. Moderators may relabel, unlist, remove, or restrict content that creates safety, legal, or platform risk.
