How do I upload a PS3 theme to Themezer?

Sign in to Themezer, open Create & Upload, and choose PS3. Upload a finished .p3t theme package up to 20 MiB, then provide the title, description, tags, visibility, and content label before publishing.

To make a theme on the site, choose Theme Design instead. The editor builds a .p3t in your browser from your backgrounds, icons, pointers, sounds and colors, and can open an existing package to change it. Animated backgrounds keep their animation; you can replace the images they use. The website preview is a static image, while the .p3t package remains the download file. To change many icons at once, choose Download template on the editor’s Icons tab, edit the images, then choose Import folder: files are matched by name, such as icon_bdvd_setting.png, so folders from theme extractors work too.

Themezer generates the preview from your package, so there is no screenshot or image to upload. The create page shows it as soon as you choose a package or apply one from the editor: the XMB with the Settings column open, drawn with the theme’s first background, icons, color and font. A theme without a background Themezer can draw shows the color gradient the console shows. The same preview appears on the theme page and inside the .p3t that people download.
