It gave error 2168-0002 and the switch wouldn't open. I was able to open it by deleting the atmosphere/contents/0100000000001000 folder using Hekate.

The only way to fix that is to install the ThemezerNX app from the Homebrew App Store. Use it to install themes that are compatible with the latest version of your firmware.
