Based on a mockup by u/porcorousseauu i present you my Vertical Blue Lava Lamp Theme Pack. Everything is as clean, smooth and round as humanly possible! You need SysTweak for Vertical Icons and Icongrabber by u/Slluxx. Might have some bugs. Couldnt test everything, report to me u/zzzribas
