SIMLE OLED PASTEL

This is a simple stock layout, but with game icons all hidden, and the all apps button always shown in the middle (without the required 13 apps). The applet buttons are centered in place of the game icons, and allapps moved to the bottom, so it looks a little like an android launcher.
