Project Clean - Settings

Possibly the first Custom Settings Layout for the Nintendo Switch. I put a lot of work and effort into this layout and is what took the majority of my time making this theme pack. All Lines have been removed that I possibly could remove. Everything is 0.75x smaller in scale. The ordering of the settings categories has been changed to what I think is a better order than original. Text Modifications can only be done with LayeredFS modding for the time being.
